how do I subscribe?


  1. Visit any of our Orange shops with your ID card
  2. Fill in the application form
  3. You will have to pay a deposit of Rs 5,000. This will be refunded to you when your roaming is deactivated.
  4. You will need to give us a date when to activate your international roaming

how do I use my phone when I am abroad?


  • Scenario 1
    You are in England and you want to call phone no. 758-XXXX in Mauritius
    Solution : Dial +230 758XXXX
  • Scenario 2
    You are in England and you want to call a British Resident phone no. 781 XXX XXXX in England
    Solution :Dial 781 XXX XXXX
  • Scenario 3
    Someone in Mauritius wants to call you while you are in England. Your mobile phone no is 256 XXXX

how do I send SMS while I am roaming?


  1. Select Menu and choose Messaging.
  2. Choose Create message and select Text message.
  3. Enter the receiver's phone number in the To: field or select Add to choose the phone number from your phone directory
  4. Type your SMS
  5. Press Send
