Admission to Std I for year 2012

Following a communiqué issued by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources, the public as well as Responsible Parties are informed that in case their ward has not been allocated a seat in Standard I (2012) in any Government or Aided Primary School, they may call in person at the respective Zone as follows for allocation of a seat by 10 January 2012 at latest:-1. Directorate Zone 1 Edith Cavell Street
Port Louis
2. Directorate Zone 2 NCCRD Complex
Herchenroder Street
Beau Bassin
3. Directorate Zone 3 Gopal Building
Chapel Lane
Rose Belle
4. Directorate Zone 4 Level 6 & 7
Jhugroo Building
St Paul Road
Vacoas
In cases where applications for a seat in Std I (2012) have not been entertained, Responsible Parties may call at the above respective Directorates for allocation of an appropriate school.
In cases of applications not entertained for admission at Sir Veerasamy Ringadoo Government School, Responsible Parties may call at the Directorate - Zone 4, Level 6 & 7, Jhugroo Building, St Paul Road, Vacoas, for a seat in an appropriate school.
