MTPA launches Taxi marketing-campaign

The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) has recently started a four weeks running eye-catching taxi campaign in two German cities to push the winter season. Frankfurt and Munich both offer weekly direct flights to sunny Mauritius.
150 taxis in Munich and 110 in Frankfurt have been branded with an over-sized beach section at the doors wearing the slogan: “Mauritius-vacations like I want”. Inside racks with exclusive brochures provide the passengers with highlights and key information about Mauritius.
Attractive offers with DerTour and Air Mauritius trigger the consumer to book a trip to Mauritius. The objective is bringing the eleven-hour flight away island of the Indian Ocean close to wintery Germany. Furthermore, the ad calls attention to best offers.
